Hooray - the first of our big plot reveals! Now we've got this far, I've added a Character study of Frank to the Forum. He's a minor character so he won't be getting his own “Character button” up there with the others, but feel free to use that link and have a browse!
Reminder: Oh, and today in the BVC Scrap Book we're posting the last page of The House That Drac Built, the vampire comic I made back when the only way for a dodo to make an honest living was to scrub doorsteps and sell matches on street corners!
Comedian: Heh - see the reply to cs3 below! ;-)
mlai: I have no idea what negative inking is but if that's what Harsho's done ... yup - it looks cool!
Tantz: Let's see ...
Oh come on !
Thatôs the lamest excuse I ever heard.
There must be a second Party or you really shoudnôt talk with that Guy without consulting the Shaman.(Likely to be the best)
You've GOT to be kidding me.
I like how your artist does the negative inking for the shadowed parts of her armor. I forgot about that old skool technique.
JMT: Tut! Patience, you guys!
JNP/Milky: Well, she's probably still quite angry so, if they step out of line ...
jgib: Well, you want to look your best if you're going up against the bad guys!
Space: Yeah, that's the problem with an ensemble cast. The trouble with introducing three at once like this is that it's obviously more difficult to develop their individal characters. Hopefully their different personalities will start to become clear over the rest of this and the next chapter.
Ah, the crap some people are willing to put up with for some decent threads, huh? Good job introducing your characters here, I believe we've talked about how hard I tend to find that, and you found a good way to incorporate it in the script without being clumsy about it.
Alana: You know ... tailors like Stan are not exactly in the phone book. (I know - I've looked!)
SoItBegins: Aye, that's the question ... (didn't think I'd spot it, did ya?!)
Midge: Well ... a very special tailoring job,
obviously!
Shadow/Trevor/Gavin: Thanks, guys!
Symon: Now you've got me wondering ...!
one: Phew!
Albone: Yeah, Becky ... You behave yourself while
she's around!
cs3: Yes, they are. (But they're not the ones who attacked them at the Shaman's "temple"). Oh, and y's are cool - ask any teenager! ;-)

Arcantron: Hey, would you want to go up against the bad guys improperly dressed?! Sky: Not well, I suspect! ;-)
Arcantron at 10:06PM, Feb. 5, 2008

Since when is kidnapping someone to get them to make you costumes a good way to start a relationship? I mean, couldn't you just call?

Heh, they sound innocent enough, but looks can be deceiving. Things are beginning to make sense, but is it a false sense? Can't wait to find out.
one_am at 5:35AM, Feb. 4, 2008
it, like, makes sense a little now.
