Hmmm... this is pretty poor. The story doesn't seem to be going anywhere, if there is a story, which I'm not entirely sure about... and there don't seem to be any jokes...
Hmm...
Oh, and the background is really painful on the eyes.
Since it's new I guess it'd be harsh to rate it too badly though, since it may um... improve. I guess. So I'll give it a 3.
If you wish to be a co-author, make a custom character from my 8-bit Shadow and co. sprite sheet and mail it to me or post it here with a short bio. I'll let whoever is the most creative be my coauthor.
Thanks all for saying you'd help, but I only need one coauthor that would help me with storylines, characters, backgrounds, and updating. Just to let everyone know.
I don't know about Co-Author, but I'll certainly help out a comic that wants it. Consider me a mentor of sorts. I guide the comic along.
Looks like you're already willing to go the extra mile by making your own backgrounds, so I'm already impressed. Here's what I suggest right now. When someone's talking, make an open mouth on them. Have eyes move around when a person is looking at something. Try zooming in from time to time. And don't ever, EVER, be hesitant to use more than 4 panels if a strip calls for it. You'll only hurt your comic if you do.
You could try joining the Sprite Comic Police, a forum I made for helping out folks if you're more comfortable with message boards(http://spritecomicpolice.forumup.org/?mforum=spritecomicpolice). Or you can talk to me on MSN, (xergrim@hotmail.com) AIM and Yahoo (Xergrim)
Or you could PM me on the Drunk Duck forums or just wait for me to show up again on here. But that probably won't happen for a while...
This comic is good. Although it could use a better background it's a bit of an eye-sore. I would be willing to co-author* but I'm really busy at the moment but I would help out whaen I can.
*What exactly do you mean by "Co-Author"?

Do you want a full sprite sheet or just one sprite? Either one is fine with me?
