TUTORIAL_01

Yup, so when I was digging in my PSD's (those are WIP photoshop files, for the unwary) I found this little gem, 3 frames in but sorely unfinished. I believe I started to confuse myself, even, and put it down until I could finish it. Which is now.
The Shadowrun Tutorial. I was about to just label it another issue of Shadowrun, but decided against it, for those who are pointed towards my comic as a referance point to “What the heck is shadowrun??” can easily find my tutorial pages.
I plan on continuing the tutorial, but only here and there as an Omake issue. Kind of like the instructions in Deathnote that tell you how to construct & use your own deathjournal. (I really don't know what they're called, I never got into Deathnote)
Anyway, for those that were more interested in the RPG this comic is based on, here's an official tip-off issue from who some consider to be the godfather on Cyberpunk & Shadowrun.
Enjoy! And I'm interested to see the response this issue generates. I'm still fine-polishing the next storyline issue, please be patient, it will come! Seeya then!

PS:
I know this issue has alot of text and can be somewhat confusing. That's why it's on it's own, and not an official issue. It's for those that want to actually learn the game. Can you imagine how confused *I* was when I first cracked open the rulebook? XD

Oh yes, I realize how badly my textwalls scare the shit out of people. This is an informative page though. I mean, if you were reading an instruction manual, would you feel safe knowing the text was in large print? Not to mention, I wanted to jam as much info into one page of the tutorial without overloading anyone. I mean, this is pretty much just the first 10 pages out of the 300 page rulebook, for version 3 that is. I haven't even touched on how to roll a skill test, or the difference between the karma pool and good karma, or dice pools and their relevance to all skill-tests. THAT'S when my tutorials are gonna get complicated. Oh, and thank you very much for the 5. I'm glad I got at least one comment. ^_^

Hooray! Shadowrun! I remember the roleplaying game fondly (over looking all the eco friendly hippy crap in the back ground.) If I was you, I would change this page. That much text straight away is going to scare a lot of readers away. Now, on to the comic proper...
