How Snakes Got Their Names #3
antcomics on Nov. 19, 2007
Here's the Third Installment of my How Snakes Got Their Names Series. Yep, these are all names of actual species of snakes.
Also remember, S&A fans, there's a contest going on when this series is over! And here it is (it was announced in the last post, but in case you didn't catch that):
Submit to me the name of a snake (find the weirdest/funniest name of an actual species of snake that you can find, obviously one that I didn't already do here). The best submission (one I like best) wins, and I will draw your snake and give you credit and a plug for your comic. In addition, your character(s) from your comic will make a cameo appearance in a future Slippy & Alice strip! Whaddya say! Start Googlin' those snakes…well, when I'm done posting mine…

>:( I am offended by your remark, you assume that all British people are posh pansys who drink tea and walk around in suits. THEY AREN'T. It sickens me when people say this. (Lawl joking) I wish we all wore monocles...it'd be so cool...

Hehe, monocled snake...Now I have the urge to wear a monocle, a top hat, and say "Mmyes, quite" I MUST FIND MYSELF A MONOCLE!
