Poor Mario, he's been squished, sucked up in a vacuum cleaner and now a Yoshi bites his hand off. But I think much worse things are to come.

the panels are fine. The best joke is one the audience imagines. any other questions?

Your panels are spaces way too close together, and the lack of action between panels 3 and 4 ruins the joke. All we see is the same static panel as in 3 that we do in 4, only mario's arm is (cheaply) edited off. You don't even see the yoshi bite it.
