Blood Heart: A series set in modern-day Japan, Kammu Hideyori is the descendant of a celebrated Samurai and a rising Archaeologist. When a rival presents evidence that his ancestor is, in fact, a monster and not a hero, Kammu searches for evidence to prove or disprove his rivals' claims. His ancestor appears before him and gives Kammu a magical sword and tells himt o find various artifacts that would clear the Hideyori name, but Kammu is unaware that he was being betrayed. And then he wound up here after being kidnapped by ninjas.
