When all else fails … I rely on the handy-dandy collection of Namco Cross Capcom sprites to dig me out of a creativity hole.


Rose and Skeets have a ‘history’ dating back to the original Neo-Life saga. (That was the third chapter of “Life,” and took place before Svenyip was part of the story or the creative team.)

While the two of them never showed signs of being … ‘like that,’ I always thought they would make for an interesting pairing. So, for better or worse, I'm exploring that angle now.

She calls him “John” because, if you remember the very first panel, that's his real name.
