I don't have much of a “backlog” of panels anymore, so posting two pages on the same day like this will probably be a rare occurance. 'Aura Resonance' is definitely turning into a convenient little plot device, and there seems to be a million different ways to harness it. If it existed in the real world, the government would have stepped in by now to try to harness its power. And somehow I think that'd make for a far bleaker story than one I'd ever want to write. I'll stick with “Nubile Weapons of Mass Destruction,” thanks all the same. :)

Despite the "convenience" of Rose existing in the Marvel Cross Capcom spritesets, it's actually not the first time she's appeared in tales I've been connected to. In the manga-esque world of Neo-Life (see the third panel on the second "page" of this comic for an example of the drawing style), Rose was one of the dozen or so main characters. She helped to defeat an adversary or two, but for the most part just sat around and looked good. :) I always felt more could have be done with her, which is probably why she worked her way into the "active members" of this cast. And it never hurts to have a mystic around - they're another useful 'plot device' in case the team needs to learn something they couldn't possibly know about.

Btw you get a kick rear rate for just usin Rose. An underratted character. But yeah, it could be a good plot basis.
