Admiral Dunning, Examiner Quintos, Lt. Mira.
Where we've got to: The fast picket Alexander has pursued and easily caught Eagle. Admiral Dunning and Examiner Quintos, a powerful telepath, have come aboard via a transport craft, whether acting captain Lt. Mira likes it or not. Quintos forces Doctor O'Hara to recall a classified mission where probe ship Firehawk investigated a strange planet in what is now Forbidden Space, an event that seems to interest Dunning and Quintos intensely. While they were occupied, Lt. Mira tried to gain access to a hidden Thunderbolt but Quintos perceived this and has stopped her. Elsewhere on Eagle, Commander L'Zfer has convinced Ensign Kendra to help him steal the transport craft, knowing that sooner or later Quintos will turn his mental eye on them….

This bald guy reminds me of Bester from B5. The good old psi corps.
