Introductions 3

Crazy busy season at work, and my seasonal job ends in one week. Kinda feeling overwhelmed and burned out. TONS of visitor contacts daily and many of them with their stories of strange animal encounters or asking plant IDs. I can help with the former (bears, bobcats, beavers, coyotes; you saw a cougar? I won't say you didn't; but we can discuss other sightings and where they officially range, and historically why they were extirpated). I'm not so good at the latter.
Anyway, I am struggling to find rest time and creative time between work and caring for two pet rats with pneumonia. Used Books is progressing at a slow crawl. To keep from getting frustrated, I am using an intermission to write and loosely sketch Strange Creatures, which is much less demanding of precision.
Planning on making NaNoWriMo goals for Strange Creatures, since I'll be unemployed and need structure to keep from going mad depressed.

If it's not one thing it's another. Keep on truckin' and keep up the good work.

And all I get to do is give driving directions. Turn right, go through the gate, first left.

Lol. I give a lot of those two. The National Park I work in is literally a road (469 miles long).
