#3 Provisional Licence to Kill

One point I'd like to make is that this guy is not a rip off of red shirts in Star Trek because I hadn't heard of them when I invented the character and anyway the character was an accidental invention when I realised that every character I was introducing who would be violently killed were all called Jerry.
Oh and just so you know, Shotty is his shotgun (debatably either male or female, according to someone who saw this I made Shotty female but I don't remember) get ready to see him/her a lot as well as the new guy.
