your uvula is in your mouth its that little thing hanong on the back of your mouth and its controles the gag refelex thats why if you touch it you puke

What's mario holding on in the last panel? If it's a uvula then why would it be in a stomach where it doesn't belong? I don't know where the uvula is in a human body, but if it's in a stomach wow...I never knew that.
