Meet the Ghost Bowser!
The spirit of a ghost has taken control of him!
The spirit's name isn't Ghost Yoshi by the way, it doesn't really have a name. But it makes sense you'd call it Ghost Yoshi since the last creature it possessed was Yoshi.
