If she's a member of the union she's on a holiday. Most unions have Easter as an official holiday and she's not required to be evil or perform any work related to union on those days.

No-No you underestimate the depth of her evilness, those are uncooked and undercooked eggs that have not been refrigerated this will will cause mild food poisoning with stomach cramps and the resulting problems there and the chocolate Bunny is as suggested solid Ex-Lax, this is a basket she made specially for Jenny knowing how Jenny loves chocolate.

Skully's not in costume. And she isn't obsessed with being evil enough to poison something like easter eggs. ...besides, the only permissable poison that would be allowed in the eggs would be laxatives, or sleeping drugs.
