Bridnea is very rough with his wife. So were a lot of Medieval folks. So are a lot of modern folks. It was expected in certain cultures (here's a nice stick to beat the lovely lady with) and in certain places it still is. It was a contracted marriage for politics and an heir. Very important to have a few sons sooner rather than later. Bridnea's dad had children late and a minority was only barely avoided. But then Bridnea IV was impatient and precocious and helped his father's illness a long.

Lord Zhau is only concerned with his treaty or is he? That's to be determined. This thread will intersect with Aleeka. And Bridnea needs an army.
