Kinda intro-heavy as far as the first “bad guy” is concerned, but Ellia is the character that inspired this storyline in the first place, and I think she's kinda neat.

Anyway, sorry this is late (like the vast majority of my archive - guh). I'm working on 39 right now, and with luck I'll have it up before or sometime on Wednesday.
