Star Strip page 105

This is the page that was previewed Friday on How It is Done. Amazing how that was timed. Almost as if I had planned it. Which I didn't. This scene was totally different in the script with the original featuring a struggling girl being thrown into the tentacles like some hentai. However the original tentacle props didn't work. Also I found some really nice renderings of the ST:TOS sickbay so I went for a more sedate ominous approach. This is beyond imagining and there's nothing you can do.
The Master Chief identifies at least two of the victims; Pharmacist Mate Barrett (named for Majel Barrett who played Nurse Chapel) and Cadet Chekov who is Ensign Chekov's big sister. I got a Chekov figure when I got my Nimoy-Spock and I had already named her Chekov so, it's the sister he imagined he had in the episodeDay of the Dove. Rickover has lost seven crew. The females were chosen by which figures had appeared in previous comics. Several had appeared in Attack of the Robofemoidsback in the day so they were the first chosen. They will be re-used as cast members for the various Belinda Brandon movies I have planned. That is part of the plan for the Belle's Best movies as the same ensemble of actors will rotate through them. That will be based on the Attack of the Robofemoids cast figures. However there will be the occasional guest star with only one shot.
Thanks again to all of you great readers and a shout out to several new ones. Welcome aboard. Now for homework you will go back and read all 1000 pages of my seven comics that have preceded this one. NOW! Well at least read Interstellar Blood Beasts if you like sci-fi horror and maybe Battle of the Robofemoids if you want more of the background on this universe of mine.
If you are not looking at the DD Fashion Parade competition, please start. There are some great illustrations and designs there. http://theduckwebcomics.com/forum/topic/176949/

There needs to be award designs and For Your Consideration pages! Now! As in yesterday! I gotta hype the hell out of this comic so this comic can them rack up like Interstellar Blood Beasts did. Bravissimo! I love the shout out to Majel Barrett; I missed it until you pointed it out. As well as voicing the computer on most of the series', she was of course "Number One", the character in the original Star Trek pilot with Captain Pike. An amazing pilot that holds up REALLY well.

Time does not cure everything… part of the healing is to aknowledge the responsibility for what your people have done in the past… you can't just sweep it under the rug… and, yeah… Bravo for president!…

It does take a long time to get over things sometimes... I still haven't forgiven William the Conqueror! Wow, the tone of this comic has really turned to horror, made all the more gut-wrenching considering how lighthearted and humorous it was earlier... The mind wants to rebel! Great storytelling technique!!

I have a trivia about Majel Barrett. she was voice of the computer in Star Trek, and Star Trek Next Generation(um...I just exposed myself as a geek.)

Long time to have a grudge! Can't we all just get along?! You know, as they say--make love, not war! Awesome work!

I know it's kind of a weird thing to draw attention to, but I just want to say that you have a great sense of pacing. This story has had a lot of ups and downs, and it's been constantly surprisingly. And isn't that the core of good storytelling in a nutshell? Oh, and you definitely deserve a nod for best use of a medium. You're voice completely comes through with this.
