Religion is a funny thing. It is something that a lot of people take very seriously…and I hate those fucking people. SO the important thing to know is what I think. I think that religion and the wars surrounding them are a lot like arguing over who has the better imaginary friend. It doesn't matter. If you believe your god is no naive that he is going to condemn a kind, wonderful individual to hell simply because they didn't believe exactly what you did you are as dumb as those video-game haters up on Capitol hill. Don't judge someone on what they believe, judge them on what kind of shoes they wear…much better judge of chartacter.

While we're ranting here, why doesn't their god take any responsibility for his creations? If I build a robot and set it forth to do as it pleases, and it burns down a village, aren't I at least partly to blame?

The comic was worth a 5 already, but your comment, now THAT cements the deal. If you dont mind, I am going to continue this subject for a bit here. You are right that people are stupid for fighting over religion. Hell, a lot of that shit disgusts me. If God really knew everything that happens in someone's life before they're born, then why would he make them if they're just gonna go to hell? And if God really hated Gays and other assorted queer individuals, why the fuck are they born that way? Is God so cruel as to make people to just hate them? And lets not even get started on the whole concept that we must convert everyone in existence. Converting someone is merely smashing words into thier ear till they come out the persons mouth. If someone is truly happy, then why must we change that by converting them? And the concept of hell... Dont you think if God was even REMOTELY benevolent, he would forgive people who have done wrong and let them into heaven? And why must we have an evil creature (Satan) to blame for our fuckups? Why cant we take our own responsibility? Hope you didnt mind the rant, its just I felt I could add to the topic.
