Not enough acting gigs to quit my day job, of course.
I feel pretty crappy about this whole thing…kind of like I betrayed myself or something.
Anyway…
Happy Saturday!

I love your deep stories like this Tera. Beyond the fun and games, you really are a pretty deep person - it shows in your art and in your life experiences. Great page...yet again.

It's okay. At least you look good.

You got plastic surgery? I had plastic surgery once. Now, my boobs have never looked perkier!

That's funny considering how many leading roles Jessica Alba's been getting...and she is no more ethnic looking than you are!! 'Course I will always remember her as Max in "Dark Angel" first and foremost! LOL! You would not be the first to feel the pressure (or to give in to it) of being in LaLA land. Hopefully they will cast you not solely upon your looks but upon your ability to act believably. Good luck to you. We still luv ya!

To me, I get tired of the same old "blonde hair, blue eyed" archetype that Hollywood shoves down our throats. I am much more intrigued in the more exotic look, rather than something I've seen countless times. The roles should go to those with the best acting ability. You've got the talent, heart, and desire. You will be recognized for it, and the roles will come. Just stay strong and always believe in yourself.

I suppose you were forced into it really. 'Too ethnic looking?' whoever said had really deserves to be launched into the sun.

Wow, I can strongly identify with the nose story - it's really common at least in South East Pacific Asian cultures to resent their noses because it's a part of the culture. I remember my grandmother trying to pinch my nose so it would be more Euro-Western but I would retaliate by hitting my nose back against my face.
