Fear of big crowds. Fear of horses (yeah, they terrify me--beautiful, but I won't go near one). Fundie Xtians and those Mormon guys that ride on bikes going door to door. They try to push their way into your house...bastards.
I feared thunder as a kid, I really did. Then when I was 8, I saw an F3 tornado from less than a mile away. Then my fear of thunder went away and turned into an unexplainable fascination with tornados.
Failure.
Ironically, I also understand the only way to succeed is to fail repeatedly. So I do it anyway. That way my kids will understand the larger truth that the power of fear is a lie, and it won't cripple them because , hopefully I've led by example and showed them how to get past it.
I have my own theory about the fear of thunder Tera, if you'd like to hear it.
Periodically I'm afraid of the dark, like when I move to somewhere new I need to have a light on somewhere. After I get comfortable with my surroundings though the fear goes away. But yeah, for the most part I don't have many fears, at least haven't been confronted with anything that truly terrifies me. Just the occasional fear of the dark.
Wow, and here I was thinking lightning storms were romantic.
I have claustrophobia. My biggest fear is being shot and killed for no reason other than "Just because" by some loser I went to high school with.

Oh wow! now I know what to call Wee Wee's phobia! Thanks T, you two share a common bond.
I fear sexual predators or,more accurately, for them - If I can catch em.
The roll continues, this is one great body of work. I'm with you on storms; been that way since a tornado cruised right by the house, sucked the windows open, pulled out the drapes and dropped a 50 foot pine tree on the roof directly above my head as I watched it blow by. Ever since I become a nervous wreck when there's thunderstorms and excessive wind.
wow strange story my friend today brought a pen into school that has a litle cute fake dinsoaur on the end that COMPLETELY freaks out one of my other friends she just screamed when it was near her....and she doesnt know why.
also I have a fear of chickens....most people laugh but its a serious phobia of CHICKENS...hehe im CHICKEn around CHICKEN cept i like to eat it
I can easily get myself freaked if I think too hard about what might be in the water with me when I can't see below the surface (i.e., sharks).
It's not a fear of being bitten, itself -- it happens. It's not being able to see it coming that freaks me out.
I guess I need to move to the Caribbean.
Feel sorry... I have no phobias' that I know of.. I have a friend who goes ape sh@t when she sees any bugs, even the tiniest speck will send her clibing on the table! Hate to see what would happen if a cockaroach came into sight!?!
Ducks! Man, they creep me out!!! ...oh, you wanted *honest* answers.
Then I'm afraid of a republican winning the presidency in '08.
Hey, I'm serious about that! ;)

Man, Dragonrider beat me too it. Cept the spiders, they don't bother me really. My neighbor was afraid of thunder, as was my one ex gf.
