Bree is still looking more adrogynous in this since she's only a year into HRT. She isn't married yet either. I only bring this up since it plays a role in Derek's stupid cult. Randy and Trevor really just want to see if Derek is tellign the truth about the cult or not. Trevor just really wants to feel welcome.
