Chapter Two: Page 18
Doctor Shadow on Aug. 3, 2008
Poor Morgan, we knew that cat would be trouble! So indeed, Kalon has formulated a plan and now the three of them are off to visit Leyland and enact it…
But what of the skies over Hestonia, what of the Church Windship that draws ever closer?
Doctor Shadow at 12:36AM, Aug. 7, 2008
JnP: The cat is the random chaos element that might just get them through this. albone: Fun and perhaps fatal for someone.
albone at 8:10AM, Aug. 6, 2008
Of course this isn't going to work! But man its going to be fun to see them try.
JustNoPoint at 6:57AM, Aug. 6, 2008
At 1st I didn't think they had a chance. But with this cat... they just may pull off a miracle!
Doctor Shadow at 1:10AM, Aug. 6, 2008
Stig: *grins* trevora: heh heh Starwolf: thanks!
Doctor Shadow at 1:10AM, Aug. 6, 2008
argon: thanks! steak: cheers man katyas: on one hand that's a great story, on the other, ow regarding the pain :( amanda: I don't think you'll be disappointed at all! Adam: heh, 12 pounds? Ow!
thefightingstranger at 8:19PM, Aug. 4, 2008
I can dig a chill cat.
trevoramueller at 1:58PM, Aug. 4, 2008
I figured I just had to go back a few pages, and yup - there it is, clear as day! Thanks!
Stig Hemmer at 12:40PM, Aug. 4, 2008
*purr purr*!
Adam Black at 9:45AM, Aug. 4, 2008
My wife's cat tries to do the same thing sometimes. Unfortunately, he's 12 pounds. It hurts.
amanda at 8:19AM, Aug. 4, 2008
Kitty! The cat likes Morgan! Maybe the two have a sordid past. I am anticipating...epic zeppelin battle between the Church and Talon!
katyas at 8:11AM, Aug. 4, 2008
I had a kitten once that I trained to ride on my shoulder. But then some cousins came and they just carried her everywhere and she decided that was much better than having to sit on a shoulder, so ... *shrug* I imagine most cats could do that if they WANTED to, but ... they usually prefer not to bother. As to no comments on the previous page - I'm not supposed to type at all, and when I do type for more than a few minutes I end up in a lot of pain. That's where I was last week, which is why I wasn't able to comment. It hurt too much. It was a great page, though, and I loved the interplay between the three of them.
argonsassistant at 5:13AM, Aug. 4, 2008
too good!
Doctor Shadow at 4:18AM, Aug. 4, 2008
Azarr: thanks DAJB: Verity has lots going for her. One of the funniest things is that in Fate's Hand she was originally meant to die, when it came down to it though she talked her way out of it. M0Rgan: Cheers again :) Steely: There's a lot that can go wrong ;) Also, Rosie (the cat who that's based on) is capable of doing that, not quite sitting on shoulders yet though. She has the leaping shoulder-attack down pat though. Loud_G: Thanks, it's nice to know I've got the pacing down to a decent level.
Loud_G at 3:50AM, Aug. 4, 2008
I love how this is unfolding here. You've got me anticipating the next page. Good work :)
Steely Gaze at 3:45AM, Aug. 4, 2008
Hmm, let's see, how many things can go wrong here? Too many. But...what other options do they have? I love the cat. As DAJB noted, it reminds me of a parrot. I'm beginning to wish my cats did that! :D
DAJB at 2:42AM, Aug. 4, 2008
Tee hee! And he wanders off with the cat on his shoulder like a pirate's parrot! Hmmm - I wonder if it can talk?! And, yay for Verity. As if she didn't have enough natural advantages, now she has sharp wits, too!
