I do think that Leyland's run is about to come to an abrupt end, no sign of Fathriir? Look at all that lovely … ex-ocean…
Reva has done a fantastic job of turning this part of my script into an awesome final panel.
Poor Leyland!

Makes me wonder what you find after death when you are one of the good guys.
Doctor Shadow at 11:20AM, Dec. 5, 2008
albone: thanks, it is something I wanted to do for a while actually - Leyland was the perfect subject for this. crox: cheers! Adam: It's about to get...much much much worse for that man
Doctor Shadow at 11:18AM, Dec. 5, 2008
Zeph, Stig, Starwolf, Corte: thanks :) Yeah Stig, you can keep on running!
Adam Black at 10:19AM, Dec. 5, 2008
Leyland learns an important lesson: Being dead sucks.

I am really digging how your showing whats happening with Leyland and his current situation. It was unexpected, but its fascinating.

Loud_G: Thanks man! amanda: keep on trying to get in, you never know where that'll lead :) trevora: thanks, though the best is still to come.
CORTESNYC at 6:26PM, Dec. 4, 2008
cool, desolate end to the page.
Stig Hemmer at 5:26PM, Dec. 4, 2008
The nice thing about this "ocean" is that you can keep running on it.
trevoramueller at 12:04PM, Dec. 4, 2008
Bravo. Well done. I've really enjoyed the pacing of the last few pages, and the reveal on this page is excellent!
amanda at 8:21AM, Dec. 4, 2008
Oh man - I have always wondered what things would be discovered if we one day drained the lakes and oceans - or had the power to easily see so far. All those ships, all those *things* - I'm fascinated by this. I keep trying to get into the marine archaeology program in college, but no success so far!
Loud_G at 7:58AM, Dec. 4, 2008
Very nice! The art and the narration are melding so nicely!
Doctor Shadow at 7:58AM, Dec. 4, 2008
DAJB: Thanks, and, I dooo like to be beside the sea... Azarr: Thanks!
DAJB at 6:10AM, Dec. 4, 2008
Don't you just love it when an artist grasps exactly what you want and then takes it to another level all together? Great page, both of you! Now ... time for one rousing chorus of "Oh I do like to be beside the seaside"?
Doctor Shadow at 5:21AM, Dec. 4, 2008
M0rgan: Ta man thefightingstranger: dude, you just know it's going to get worse :) glimmer: hey thanks, and thanks for reading! Crimson: Thanks!
glimmer at 3:47AM, Dec. 4, 2008

thefightingstranger at 3:11AM, Dec. 4, 2008
Not the best day of his afterlife.
