"All is not well"? Sure, Leyland's had his head blow open, the manor has had a couple of walls taken down to make the place more airy, and of course the hired help is presently bleeding out all over the carpeting. Yes, I would say that all is not well. :P I think it's neat how we don't see her face here. Just the back of her head. Stylish choice.
