Chapter Six: Page 19

There's one thing that we can say about the previously demised Lord Jakul, he's still cocky even in the face of the previous God of Death known as the Taker. Fathriir looks as hungry as ever and Jakul, well, he doesn't look all that phased to see the Devourer of the Dead at all.

You have to give the residents of Wyrden credit for their bravado in the face of death! I seem to remember Isabelle's husband being quite unperturbed, too ... Well, until the big demon-dog-thing got him, anyway!
Adam Black at 8:57AM, Sept. 6, 2009
Maybe he's got a trick up his sleeve or something. That might explain the cockiness.
Reva Flynn at 6:15AM, Sept. 5, 2009
Hi TTyler! Um I do the comic updates on a piece of A4 card if that helps?
ttyler at 5:53PM, Sept. 4, 2009
Sweet page. Does Reva work at 10x15 image size? Just wondering.

ipokino: heh, yeah, though it could lead to an untimely end. M0rgan: ta! Loud_G: Yep, he's tres cocky. albone: Indeed, Fathriir is the one to be truly frightened of. LoneWolf: You could be right there. Karm, thefightingstranger: thanks for reading. repo: Heh, heheheh! khard: Not a bright idea at all. Zeph: Thanks! trevora: If the God of Death offered ice cream...well, you saw what happened with the Spanish Inquisition and cake right? You -- Cake or Death?
trevoramueller at 11:06AM, Sept. 3, 2009
Why does it have to be the extreme: redemption or annihilation? Can't it be a comfortable place in the middle, like....diabetic coma from too much ice cream? Hmmmmmmm...delicious ice cream!
khard12 at 10:30AM, Sept. 3, 2009
Not sure if you should sass the God of Death. Sounds like a bad idea to me.
repoman at 7:15AM, Sept. 3, 2009
Lord Taker looks like an alien. Aliens creep me out. Therefore Lord Taker creeps me out.
LoneWolf3574 at 5:03AM, Sept. 3, 2009
I'd say that Jakul knows where he stands and has chosen to accept what he is dealt, so he'll be cocky knowing that the outcome has already been decided.
albone at 4:12AM, Sept. 3, 2009
I was honestly thinking that he didn't seem too phased either to be in the company of death. I'd at least be worried by the company of cujo and his teeth!
Loud_G at 3:58AM, Sept. 3, 2009
Idiot. Mouthing off to the lord of the dead? :D
ipokino at 2:48AM, Sept. 3, 2009
Still, confidence is a good thing, right?!?
