Say hello to the arrogant, polite and entirely too self-satisfied: Leon Paradin, Justicar.
Justicar's are a dangerous enforcement arm of the Church of Progression, mainly because they're judge/jury/executioner all in one and they can deliver judgement without consulting the church heirarchy first.
They answer to the Cardinal directly and outrank most Inquisitors, except Fate's Hand.
