kyupol: thanks Jamie: daylight? (see previous update -- black sky, moon) However, there are really no drinking laws in the docks, so you can be drunk day or night if you want. As a point of note for this time period, only Messania has any kind of law re: drinking. Peipei: thank you. Loud_G: stick around and you'll see rougher.
