1. The Story Begins

HA! Finally! I started this here thang.
I had to think about this for a long time. I wanted it to be good, and I think it turned out pretty well. It's not easy to do the first page of a comic story, ‘cause you really gotta hook the readers, you know?
I like how this came out because you kind of get a sense of their personalities already. All in all an okay intro piece, I think.
Anyhow–a heads up–updates will be sporadic on this. I may update really often at first, then I’ll probably slow down later once the story relly gets rollin'. I hope for at least a page a week (remember, hand-coloring takes a lot of time!).
So keep your eyes peeled for the updates. No rhyme or reason to them yet.

I have to say, looking at the latest page and this one, your use of text is fantastic! You realy intergrate it into the comic, your pages are nice and easy to read, both in artwork and your text! your fantastic text, more people need to put emphasis on text like this!! (including me! 0_0 )

Hey Italy--yeah I'm thinking here he isn't totally deaf yet so he can hear a little... Felix is close to him when he's talking and raising his voice. So Beeth can hear him here. That was what I was thinking...

*W00T* The Compozerz have ARRIVED!!! I think this an awesomesauce beginning--it really captures us and has an excellent feel to it overall. (i.e. it feels RIGHT.) I'm so happy and really excited to see moar! ^o^ Thanks for letting me five, Steely! *cheers* ^_^;

Not bad. An interesting beginning to the story. I love the expressions here, as usual, and the narration is excellent. I stole the 5 last time, so this time I must allow CK to use it. How disappointing. Oh well, please accept this 5 from me.
