Yes... it's difficult to fight violence with violence without attracting more of it. The police has to do SOMETHING! Lives of citizens are threathened and they promise to "do what they can". If they don't protect the town, who will?

It's interesting that there's something weirdly believable amongst the comedy and action here. I dare say a lot of people who've lived in rough areas have been in this sort of situation - minus the assistance of a badass monk sadly :(

Whats the point of training with Kung Fu monks all your life if you cant use it to battle the forces of evil? Smorty just hasn't taken the law in his own hands ENOUGH! He should beat them so bad that they'll need the next town they harass to be wheel chair accessible!
