I'm with El Cid on that one. I'm not familiar with American immigration, but I know Canada's can be a real P.I.T.A. (Which is bad; my wife is American and I've not brought her over yet) Unless they were granted special status. What country wouldn't want a group of Shao-Lin style monks to protect them (or supplement their forces) if required? Besides Cambodia's in-comic government, apparently.
