How many agree with Mr. Beveldoor that while Veri's first venture as a detective, while awkward, was still successful in that while she may not have deduced the real culprit, her actions in attempting to protect the keys and revealing the secret that she DID figure out caused him to get desperate…and consequently sloppy?

Well, it does sounds similar to what Sherlock Holmes would have done, although I think he would have made some more precautions, but its better work then most detectives deliver, so well done.
