This was actually the first comic that I played with the concept of layering. Meaning that I drew the front (the layer with Stu and Luey) and then later went back and drew the back grounds and dropped them in with Photoshop. Later that inspired me to get out my digital camera and start using actual photos that have been filtered also using photoshop.
