This strip was drawn for the monthly magazine in which it appears, so that's why you might be confused about the transition. That said, on to the translation:

1st panel:
Li'l demon: “Hey, bast- uh, angel, I'm looking for my boss. You seen her anywhere?”
2nd panel:
Hope: “Don't you remember it was Ascension Day just recently? Zin has some … unfortunate memories of the FIRST Ascension Day and so -”
3rd panel:
Hope: “Well …”
Zin: “Shut your yap! Are you sure He isn't coming here? I'm not coming out until it's definite!”
