Kenjo finally gets his elemental weapon, which in his world makes him what they call a “Guardian”. Anyone who obtains one of these mystical weapons, is considered a protecter of the the people, hence the name “Guardian”. Nevato received his weapon during “The War”, but because of his lack of mercy and compassion, Kenjo's father Kofan got the reputation of the great hero. This act caused Nevato to go insane with power.Just thought you would like a little explanation, so it wouldn't be so complicated.
