Just because they know the system doesn't mean they can tell a joke. Just see (insert comic title here) for proof! ;-) I don't think 3 panels is that hard. 4 panels is. When I tried to do Vindication in Peanuts style... "What do I do with the extra panel?!? Aaaaaaaaaaaa...!!!" 2 panels is a fairly simple back & forth rhythm. Usually good for talking head type jokes. 1st Man: My bar is failing. I'm going to open a brothel. 2nd Man: Don't be silly, if you couldn't get them to drink beer how will you get them to drink broth? (1st Man facepalms) 1 panels are tough because you have to have the whole thing right there in one go. Set-up, visuals, punchline, whammo!
