When I started drawing this the idea was that we should see Ms. Terial's hair, but thinking it over I figured that she's the type who would cover her hair to make it harder to figure out who she is, so that's when I decided she had a skullcap under the hood.

Thanks all! :-) Stickfodder - Yes. She wanted a heavy fabric to deal with the various sharp things she might be attacked with & a suit of armor was too clunky. Hogan, put your clothes back on this minute!

You should learn from the best. In case of desert survival, its Fremen of Arrakis. And guess what - they are using full-body suits. In desert, loss of water is worse problem that heat. On the other hand, Ms. Terial's clothing probably isn't capable of filtering and recycling body's moisture ...
