Introduction.
btw - this is only here because of Dan. What I got from your last comment is that you were expecting something today and since I just realized that I've been updating on Fridays, I didn't want to let you down.
In my opinion, I massively fudged on the background - lesson learned.
Other stuff: I know this is the dumbest thing in the world but, I don't know how to create word bubbles in photoshop. Also, I hate creating type in photoshop, (mine royaly sucks or something) so I drag files to and from illustrator. I don't know how long this strategy will last and maintain quality but, I'm willing to go the distance.
ps: sorry, I don't know how to create clickable links - but here's Dans comic: http://www.drunkduck.com/Bad_Guy_High/
He's awesome check him out.

Ha, i'm happy to see another page, but update at whatever pace you're comfortable with, it's your comic, it's your show to run. I'm just a fan, i'll check in whenever an update goes up, and whenever they may be. I make word bubbles by writing the text first, then using the shape tool on a seperate layer below it, then use the "free-transform" tool to change the size of the circle so the text fits inside it. I do also use "stroke" though. But I do the direction arrows by hand though with the mouse. Sometimes the triangle tool isn't flexible enough for me. Great page, looking forward to where this's gonna go.

To make easy word bubbles: Use the circle marquee tool (the dotted circle) and create a circle on a new layer. Then use the bucket tool to fill in whatever color you want for the bg color of the bubble. Then right click on the layer and select 'Blending Options'. From there go to stroke and put a stroke line around it. Then you can create a triangle with the polygon lasso tool and click to fill that in with the bucket tool again. It should stay stroked and you have created an easy word bubble. Obviously works with squares too. Can't wait to see more pages!
