Hope you are all safe at home. Here in NZ we are in a lockdown, allowed to go out to shop for supermarket food (all takeaways are closed) or exercise in our local area staying 2m away from others. I have resorted to making pineapple wine, which is something I do from time to time anyway. You still get to eat the pineapple as the wine is made from the skin. It makes a great pina colada.
