OK, so the comic starts out during the scene in “Dr. Strangelove” where General Jack D. Ripper imprisons Group Captain Lionel Mandrake in his office at Burpleson Air Force Base. As you can tell, Mandrake's not too happy to be here…Quite the opposite, actually.
