I can see it. It's a four panel which shows four possible signs, though none of them quite seem to work. They all express a variation on the same sentiment of trying to exclude only cis males from the clubhouse, thus admitting Mars, while still keeping some of Irma's original intent in making it an exclusive clubhouse.
