Chapter 3 - pg. 103

Dun, dun, dun! Bombshell? Yes, Elia's secret lover from the past is revealed to be none other than Thomas O'Connel, James' father. But how did he know the Trapanis? And how was he killed in a 1907 job when he apparently died in a 1902 house fire?
Well, you'll just have to stick around for the coming chapters, won't you ;D People are not who they seem!
And I forgot to mention on the last page, but I'm working on reducing the font size of the pages a little, that's why it's a little smaller on this page and the one that went up before Intermission #3.
@Tantz - I'm glad, thanks!
@wildcard - I'm happy you learned a couple of things. I like to get things like the crime family accurate, so I do read about and watch documentaries a lot.
@usedbooks - Haha, that's interesting to have a personal family connection like that. It's good your family that went to California decided not to take part in those activities ^^;

@wildcard - Yay! I'm glad it took you by surprise :D I actually really enjoy drawing Elia's hair; it was by far the funnest part of the page xD @bloody_nore - thanks! @Tantz - The answer to that is coming in a couple of pages, but it doesn't spoil anything to tell you that the scene is from early 1907; from this page it's clear that Thomas did not in fact die in 1902 :D

Argh, wildcard said everything I wanted to say XD I wonder in this flashback of Elia, what year is it?

That is quite the twist! 0__0 And this may seem quite incidental but I love how you've drawn Elia's hair, that's some pretty awesome swirliness...
