Intermission #4 - "Drunk Duck OC Group Photo"

Hey guys! Another intermission so soon, but I wanted to use this to tell you about a really cool project going on. Also, (and you all know I'm *always* busy!), it's finals time for me so I've been busy studying nonstop! So, there won't be another real page until after the 14th.
Okay! This intermission is about a really cool DD community project going on. It was started by Asbin, the creator of Project GTH. He's asking for pictures of original characters from comics here on DD and is compiling them into a really cool group photo. Some progress photos have already been posted, and the submissions are coming in thick and fast! It's really neat to see all the different art styles together.
My submission is above :D. Whenever I do have time to draw, I'm always doing pages for TRK and never stand-alone pieces. So, this picture is the first plain ol' picture I've done in about a year ^^;. I was happy to take the opportunity to draw Ophelia and James in color, it was really fun. They're wearing 1920's leisure clothes since I don't really get to draw them in such outfits. (There is actually a part of the story where James does wear clothes like this but it's much later! xD)
Obviously, TRK is a black and white comic, so I'm not really used to using colors again, but I do sort of think about what color all my characters are. For example, I think of Quinn as someone with blond hair and blue eyes, and Parker's wife Charlotte I think of as being strawberry blond.
Hopefully I can draw all my characters in color someday! :D

@skreem - LOL, it really does, thanks for mentioning that xD @wildcard - Thanks, it was interesting for me to color them, so odd because I didn't think it would come out well. But like you said, I couldn't imagine doing TRK in color, it just wouldn't work! ^^; @Tantz, miya_c, DAJB - thanks!

Nice! Interesting to see them colourized, but indeed the B&W approach certainly suits TRK's mood best.

Her outfit reminds me of a female version of Freddy from Scooby Doo! ^^
