Hahaha, looks like the women will just throw themselves at Mr. Mulligan, less work for him. He should make like Oskar Schindler and spend a whole day hiring a secretary.

Mr. Mulligan will eventually hire a secretary he won't screw (Eden). But if you think about it, Ethan and Mason made so many ripples, that even after they were gone, the tragic events just continued. (I mean Mason's son was in a way responsible for the death of Ethan's daughter).
