Woman's Day 2019

International Woman's Day is a special day because it doesn't just celebrate women, but it is a humanitarian holiday that focuses and celebrates the woman. Being one myself and a feminist, it's special to me and I consider myself as one of the lucky ones because all my life, I always had the support of both men and women in my life and I have my freedom. Sadly, in some parts of the world, being a female means you doomed to live a hard life, be denied your basic rights, and having no say even on your own life choices. This has to change.

With that said, I wanted my take on Jekyll and Hyde to be progressive in terms of how women are written which is why I have these women here. You've seen them all already though you got to know better than others so far, but trust me, you will get to know them. I know the story takes place in the Victorian age (sort of), but that doesn't mean I should make my female characters nothing more than scenery. I am very proud of how I wrote my women characters and how distinct they all are.
