National Denim Day 2019
mks_monsters on May 14, 2019
For those of you who don't know, National Denim Day is the day in which Canadians wear denim no matter what to show support for finding a cure for breast cancer. We have come leaps and bounds with cancer in general and more and more people are beating it. The day when we find the cure is coming soon, but we still need to show support by donating to the cause. Also, breast cancer isn't just a female problem. Men get it too and it's even deadlier when they get it. Get tested regularly, get examinations and show respect to the victims and survivors.
God bless you. And learn more here https://www.curefoundation.com/national-denim-day/about/

You're right. Cancer research and treatment has come a long way. My wife had breast cancer and has been cancer-free for a year. I've been wearing a pink band on my wrist since she was first diagnosed. I'll continue to wear it as a sign of support. Good on you for helping to make people aware.
