I did this because I didn't want to do Emily and Will again. For some context, Utterson's father passed away when he was a boy and Lucy (for those who know) is an orphan. Poole is old friends with the Uttersons so he is in many ways a surrogate father to Utterson and he is a father figure to Lucy. Fatherhood isn't just a role. It's a title.
