Smug I Could Do
ifelldownthestairs on March 21, 2010
Well… it seems that image uploading is up and working once again, very nice, very nice.
We both loved Smug I Could Do, and its extreme tongue-in-cheek humor. Here's my favorite page, and Hark's is one of the two very very funny animated shorts.
As usual, let your thoughts be known in our forum, and um.. I suppose that's all.

Hark ate the review and spat out I love this comic. But he has a right to. It's funny. I don't really like the art though not like I can compete...

Nice!

hmmm... what happened to the update this week, did it disappear?

Huh, these good reviews are getting so common that it's not even fun anymore to comment on when they show up..... Heck, I may even submit a comic for review myself (once I get a new comic started, that is) .... Wait, what am I saying?! I'm losing it!

I don't enjoy "Least I Could Do" but I do respect the guys for turning their webcomic into a business and their consistency of updates. It takes someone special to write and illustrate 7 strips a week (even though most LICD strips are just Rayne doing something stupid and everyone going "Oh, that Rayne!" like the latest Iron Chef jokes). Either way, bang on. Looking forward to my review next week. Hope it's good!

The real question is... WHY is Least I Could Do popular?

Spot on review. Smug is some funny stuff.

I loved "Smug I could do" as much as I HATED "Least I could do" (specially his tirade against HIS OWN MEDIA)... Authors doing Hyper-Idealized-Self-Inserted Mary Sues is just lame...

This one was more of a text bomb than most of the reviews. Still, it was a comprehensive and effective review. It also made me curious about reading the webcomic itself, which is sort of the point of these reviews in the first place.
