Jake the Evil Hare

A podcast??!! OMGWTFROFLJS
This little experiment was quite fun to do, plus an excuse to draw up your own 90s action movie poster is never a bad thing. Check it out, see what you think, and hit up our forum and let us know!
Read Jake the Evil Hare! Stop by the forum! I need to stop talking in exclamations!
Also, a side note - this was recorded two days ago, and there's a remark I made about Elektro - amend that to include Larry as well. What's the remark? THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING YOU ISN'T IT
…anyway yeah see you guys next week.

The glory of Plural Bonerage has gotten...quite a reaction from the Bad Webcomics Wiki forums: http://badwebcomics.wikidot.com/forum/t-258717/oh-my-god

I tought it was hillarious. Best part was Plural Bonage retrospective xD Wish I could give more than a 5
RPGgrenade at 6:50PM, Aug. 15, 2010

Evil_Hare at 5:13PM, Aug. 15, 2010
Hey thanks for the review... and, yes, there is a story... here's hoping the next update clears away the confusion ;)
amanda at 4:40PM, Aug. 15, 2010
Yay voices!
Nicotine at 7:33PM, Aug. 14, 2010
Kind of funny yo hear your voices, haha. It was amusing. xD
Bocaj at 10:42PM, Aug. 13, 2010
You both should do more musical numbers.
osakilina at 10:16PM, Aug. 13, 2010
Good review! I thought the podcast was a fun mix up!
Limzee at 8:51PM, Aug. 13, 2010
I really liked the podcast. xD But it was kinda hard to hear Hark throughout. If it's unavoidable, Hark, you should just shout the whole thing. :D BEST IDEA EVER!
WinterSoldier at 6:53PM, Aug. 13, 2010
YAY
Byth1 at 6:44PM, Aug. 13, 2010
Wow, Hark and Kev sound a lot younger than I thought!
ifelldownthestairs at 3:35PM, Aug. 13, 2010

ifelldownthestairs at 3:35PM, Aug. 13, 2010
aw crap, i can't believe i forgot to add the forum thread! thanks for fixing that, hark.
Canuovea at 11:28AM, Aug. 13, 2010
Hmm. The Hare thing was okay, but not for me.
Larry at 10:43AM, Aug. 13, 2010
I liked the podcast. With podcasts you can go into a lot more detail with certain aspects of a comic which is always a good thing for a review.
I Am The 1337 Master at 10:18AM, Aug. 13, 2010
80's action movie.
Kroatz at 9:46AM, Aug. 13, 2010
Hark sounds exactly the way I expected him, and so did Kev. I must be psychic! Also, Hahahahaaah! You guys actually made that comic? If you'd have promoted it a bit better it could have become as popular as Harkovast!
metabad at 9:26AM, Aug. 13, 2010
The podcast was pretty good, although the review didn't start for a while. But oh well, pointless banter can be fun. My only complaint was that Hark's voice was too quiet, might be the mic or just the program's audio quality in general, I dunno. From what I did hear...he sounded kind of like Christopher Walken. Hark...are you Christopher Walken's cat?
Chernobog at 7:48AM, Aug. 13, 2010
Ahh, Hark needs to be flogged for that theme song. This was nice, but I prefer the comic format too. The first 10 minutes are just rambling.
Prototype at 6:30AM, Aug. 13, 2010
Nicely done guys, nicely done indeed. Fun stuff.
PIT_FACE at 6:29AM, Aug. 13, 2010
wait a sec, i manged to miss that! lemme know if youguys do it again eh?
harkovast at 5:07AM, Aug. 13, 2010
With regard to sound levels, one of us has to host it and the other one has to call in, so its kind of unavoidable with the format. I can try and speak louder! The pod casts will NOT replace the regular reviews, which will continue to be the majority of reviews. But we may well do more podcats in the future. Something I am excited about is the potential to have phone ins during the pod casts, so you guys can call up with your views on the comic AND the comic author can call up to defend themselves.
ParkerFarker at 4:50AM, Aug. 13, 2010
Personally I prefer the comic format. I'm hoping it'll still be going...? The podcast doesn't give me as clear a view on your opinions. The comic I can just have a nice short little read about some poor comic getting owned. The podcast I have to listen and a lot of it is silly banter. It's funny banter, but the comic is just pure review (with the exception of the puns at the end, which are also one of my most loved forms of humour). And I like that.
