So, any guesses as to why it's taken me so long to post?
Well, here's the answer, since you asked so nicely. (All of you except Subcultured, who is apparently scouring the Canadian wilderness in a trenchcoat at the moment) I'm not sure how obvious it is, but I worked a bit on my character design. And the art in general. I started to draw this strip and it looked so crappy that I started over… In a different style.. Meh.
And the players, from the beginning; Brandy, Nathan, Leah, and random cadets.

Ive worked with childeren too, its easyer if you a bloke 'cause you can scare them off with a glare, but the women councellers always had a hard time of getting some peice and quiet(kids think women are more apprachable for some reason). top stuff and even funnier causeI know it true Id give you ten for every strip, but im only allowed to give five.

Anger!

You are brave indeed, no way could I ever EVER draw myself in a bathing suit =| I love how wordy your comics are, mostly because they're always hilarious.
Green_Tangerine at 6:12PM, April 21, 2006
Kovacevic - Seriously. Stop making me feel so old and start SHOWING UP TO CADETS! Doram's gaining on you... Frae, Zac - thanks for stopping by! Sub - bikinis aren't allowed in the Navy. I'm legally not allowed to show any cleavage, either! Magickmaker - cute logo Strongbad - Pipes leave marks, and I can't have that. It's pain + humiliation - bruising that I aim for.
strongbad_999 at 3:51PM, April 20, 2006
Why does the canadian navy sound an aweful lot like summer camp? O.o PS: Next time, don't use the Fun-noodle to hit them, use a pipe.
magickmaker at 12:27PM, April 20, 2006
It looks nice.
subcultured at 12:19PM, April 20, 2006

coinilius at 7:42PM, April 19, 2006
I work at a boarding school, actually, but we have a pool on campus that needs to be opened and supervised by a qaulified staff member - and I'm one of the qaulified staff memebers, unfortunately :P As for the weather, well, yeah, weather in Queensland, Australia > weather in Canada, I suppose :D
zactheninja at 6:21PM, April 19, 2006
I lurve it
Green_Tangerine at 5:44PM, April 18, 2006
Hey everyone... Rich - I know it's a bit wordy, but then these comics usually are. It's something I'm working on. Leah - I should've included that 'ripped bathing suit' incident as well. Sub - One lump or two? Kovacevic - I can hit you on Thursday if you want =) Bobo - still looking for that guest strip, it has backgrounds too! But they're not foresty. Coin - You work at a pool? I would too if the weather were nicer and we had less-disgusting pools in this city. Vino & HPK - thanks guys, those are some great compliments coming from you! I'm flattered! x3022 - yep, that is me. And I was most definitely freaking out.
x3022 at 4:18PM, April 18, 2006
love that last panel! she (you) was seriously about to freak out, right? cool.
hpkomic at 7:36PM, April 17, 2006
A rather well done comic here. :) Nice and colorful.
VinoMas at 5:21PM, April 16, 2006
you are by far one of my favorite artists...your art is so terrific..and the backgrounds..wow!!
subcultured at 11:32AM, April 16, 2006
re: author's notes I'm actually lost in the canadian wilderness now. the bear ate my trenchcoat and some damn racoon took my hat. I have to eat mushroom to survive, and I think I ate a bad batch. I see an elephant in a tuxedo and a bowtie with a serving tray in his hand asking me "more teaaaaa?". Send help.
coinilius at 6:18AM, April 16, 2006
Also, I can totally relate to this comic - I've made the mistake when I'm on pool duty of actually getting in for a swim. Damn kids. And yet, I keep making the same mistake - probably because it's usually so bloody hot out of the pool :P
coinilius at 6:15AM, April 16, 2006
Good to see you back again K :) And yes, I have seen 'He died with a Felafel in his hand' and it is quite a good movie :) Not as good as the book it's based on, though - a lot of stuff was cut/condensced to tighten it up and give it more of a narrative :)
bobo_81 at 3:32AM, April 16, 2006
I like the foresty backgrounds on the first few panels. They're quite... foresty... and... backgroundish
Joff at 1:40AM, April 14, 2006
But you must've known they'd never listen
Ozoneocean at 6:31PM, April 13, 2006
That's just groovy. ALways good to see swimming costumes too ^^ LOve the expression on the "random cadet" in the seccond panel, that's so funny and cool at the same time ^_^
