Wily's built three new RM's. Earthdivine was close with the obviloman guess. Strike has a ton of firepower.
Enhance and Dodge are pretty strong too.
Too bad for Wily, putting all these strong robot masters together may cause problems.
Especailly if megaman manages to beat one.
Sorry about the delay. Well I'm trying a new format with double sized panels. Now I know how they get all that text in without covering the entire background.

I love the new format of the panels. Well Needle man need to remember that they only live for drug so they hame much power and can even kill for that. In other words Druuged Adict = Zombie Mind + Streng of a Bull + Super Sugared Kid.
